BOOKING AND DEPOSIT POLICY
We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
Cabins require first night’s fee as deposit within 7 days of booking. For summer bookings we require a further deposit by 1st September (50%) and the balance by 1st December. Easter and Long Weekends bookings must be fully pre-paid 2 weeks prior. Minimum booking periods may apply at holiday periods.
Sites usually only require bookings at Easter and Christmas. Min. booking period applies. $60 deposit required within 7 days of booking ($100 for ensuite sites).
REFUND POLICY
There is a minimum $20 administration fee on all cancellations.
We do not refund for early departure
Off-Peak Period
If you give us at least 7 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit. If you give us less than 7 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit if we are able to rebook your accommodation for the same period.
Peak Period
Sites: If you give us at least 14 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit. If you give us at least 7 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit if we are able to rebook your site for the same period.
Cabins/Units: For peak period cancellations there is a $50 administration fee. If you give us at least 14 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit. If you give us at least 7 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit if we are able to rebook your cabin for the same period.
For Christmas Bookings, there will be no refund after 1st December unless we can rebook your cabin for the same period.
Any further refund will be at our absolute discretion, depending upon the situation.
